    E Mail Signature/Banner

    Can someone please tell me how I can create an e mail signature ? I have always created them on Access - saved them as jpeg/pdf interchange - then copied it to signatures on outlook. I would like to now change them for all our staff, but I do not have Access on apple mac, therefore the sigs that I have copied across from my old computer are now obviously in a format that I can't change.

    I would like the e mail sig to be in a format which cannot be changed by an individual user. What would be a user friendly program to use ?

    What email client are you using? Gmail? Outlook?

    Looks like you'll have to build up the signatures from scratch as having them in jpg or pdf makes it difficult to change.

    Usually there is a signature set up process that allows you to build the email signature with HTML formatting, so you can add your company logo, fonts colours, formatting, links etc. This is better than exporting to jpg because recipients of your email can copy phone numbers, click links etc.

    Most email clients have control panels for users where you can set up and manage signatures for each user and makes sure everything looks the same.

    Its Outlook. Im happy to build it from scratch - I just don't know if I should look for an app from Apple to do it on or how, now that I don't have Access.
    I would like to add logo etc etc

    Thanks for that but I need to create the signature/banner before I get to that stage, and on apple mac.

    Not sure if I'm understanding the issue...

    I'm not aware of any software specifically for building signatures because I just build them directly from within the email client using HTML.

    But you could try some basic DTP programs like these:

    Or you could just mockup the signatures in good ol' MS Paint
