    JUDGEMENT HELP

    Good day,

I have a paid up judgment and i want to know if anyone has a template letter that i can send to the attorney to request a paid up letter that i can then send to the credit bureau in order to get it removed rescinded from my profile as i do not know what to state in the letter that requires full consent of removal from the credit bureau and attorney

As far as I know brand new legistaltion puts the onus to remove paid up judgements on the system, not you. But it cnanpot do any harm to get that letter. Just ask them for it and see what happens. Why are ypu looking for a template?

As far as I know , consent can only be given by the creditor.
