    Senior Microsoft CRM Consultant/Microsoft CRM Bus Analyst

    Vacancy:
    * MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    • IT BComm Degree
    • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a consulting or business analyst role
    • 5 – 10 years’ experience in Project Management
    • Experience with CRM or ERP packages
    • Previous software development experience and / or
    • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL (non-negotiable)
    • Microsoft Development (C#)
    • Web services
    • ASP.net
    • J-Script (client side)
    • SQL (T-SQL)
    • SQL Reporting Services
    • Exposure to Windows Server
    • Active Directory (MCP and certification is ideal)
    • Consistently demonstrating the ability to exceed the requirements of Blue Chip clients
    • Interacting with clients on an executive level
    • Well-spoken and must have excellent communication skills
    • The ability to analyse and interpret business needs from all levels
    • Passionate about packaged business application software
    • Able to work independently
    • Presents professionally
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    * Project Management – implementing of Microsoft CRM
    * Running workshops
    * Handling documentation
    * Set up, implement and configure software according to the clients’ requirements
    * Using data migration and integration tools
    * Writing & Customising reports (SQL Reporting services)
    * Customization including SQL queries, views, stored procedures and integration services
    * J-script
    * Post implementation support

    Glad to see that MS is recruiting. My recent experience with them was extremely painful. Their products are not downloading properly, a multi user program is just available on one computer. When downloading for other users, it tells you that the subscription has expired. Technical support online is non-existent. Phoning the HO in JHB is a waste of time as they keep putting you through to an automated robot function. Phoning the regional manager in Durban is a waste of time as he does not return calls. So maybe they do need a business analyst.
