It seems there are there only two with balls, as the rest of the troop is busy lining their pockets from the public cookie jar, and Joe public is merely cheering the troop on, and get very upset when anyone questions the thieving. They are quite happy to exchange a fully grown chicken (taxes) for the return of a clean chicken bone(promise of land with a house). Generally in the outside world this is called a scam or even snake oil.

The Public Protector is also a self-professed Christian, who prays deeply & agonises over the matters under her watch.
SA needs more of these people of stature.
