Pastel12 issue

Hi Guys

We have Pastel installed on a server which is being used by 8 users. Three of these users print statements and invoices.

The problem comes when printing. Only one user has our company logo appear on their print out. However if we open form designer on the other user's PC the path of the logo is correct but not showing. So I just browse for the file again and save it but as soon as I do that then only that person can print correctly and the logo disappears from the one that worked previously.

I first did the form designs on the server. If it is correct on the server should it not be working for everyone else then?

The logo (if only one) must be under Pastel12/Custom/Forms/logo.jpg together with the form that you altered and saved with the .enz extension. eg. csdocsp.enz

What if it is more than one? We use 2 at the moment.

Then you need to put each modified form (.enz) and the logo in different directories like for example:

Pastel12 (\\Server) (Z)

Custom\
Debtors Manager\
Company A\ Csdocsp.enz , Csdocpdf.enz , Cquotsp.enz , Cquotpdfsp.enz , Cmthsp.enz , LogoCompanyA.jpg (or .bmp)
Company B\ Csdocsp.enz , Csdocpdf.enz , Cquotsp.enz , Cquotpdfsp.enz , Cmthsp.enz , LogoCompanyB.jpg (or .bmp)
