    injury on duty

Goodday I had a post previously,I got injured on duty in july 2013 and was off for almost 3months,I had a fractured ankle,I went to the orthopedic surgeon for my final report,he never took any xrays again to check if the ankle is ok,he just wrote his report and said all is fine although i told him the ankle doesn't feel fine, and I am constantly having problems with the ankle pain and feels like disc sliding out which you can push back in.it is especially uncomfortable when I climb steps etc.I want to find out what can I do in this situation.

I think Mike C and stern answered you quite well on your other thread, so why don't you refer back to that one ? Just a question, but why don't you insist on another x ray or even go to another doctor ? Not sure how a orthopaedic surgeon can give you a final report without an x ray (I have also been there).
