    Incorrect amount captured on invoice

    Good Evening All

I would like to find out if the invoice was captured with incorrect amount, and had since been updated......how do I go about correcting the invoice.

The total price on invoice is R1120 instead of R1130

    Thanking you in advance

Hi Sthembie. Once the Invoice has been updated it cannot be corrected.

You will need to issue a Credit Note with the same details as the incorrect Invoice ... and then issue another Invoice with the correct price on it.

On the credit note, make a note explaining why it is being issued - for example - Crediting Invoice No 1234 which was incorrectly priced.
