Fresh off the press.
Main features are:
- It's a 3 year deal that ends 31 January 2017.
- There's a bargaining levy introduced for non-party employers and employees.
- Employees may be deemed to have absconded after 4 days (previously 5 days).
- There are changes to the definitions of Elconop 2 & 3 employees.
- There is a change to the definition of short time, and a definition for Lay-off has been added.
- A new clause relating to lay-offs has been added.
- plus some other bits and pieces...
All said, some fairly significant changes.
