Hi All

Wondering if any-one knows of a better time-saving method to obtain a Statement of account from the COMPENSATION COMMISSIONER [DoL], I am registered online, but there is no facility on the website for this. And the Landline 012-357 1782 [No-one answers]. National Call Center 0860010 5350 [Doesn't work]. Hoping there is a better way to obtain this besides actually going to the office.

The correct number is 0860 105 350
(you've got an extra 0 in there).

Unfortunately the best way is to phone. (Especially when you're not in Pretoria).

Yeah, that can be a problem. I've found 8.30-12.00 in the morning is the best, and 2.00-3.30 in the afternoon. Having your call answered in under 15 minutes means it's a good day.

Last time around I delegated the calling and holding on to an intern. Way less frustrating that way.
