Nato phonetic alphabet: Correctly reading back an email

I don’t know about you, but I’ve often had to ask individuals telephonically to read back an email.

I’ve heard people use petrol to articulate ‘P,’ p for petrol, m for mat, a for Amanda etc.

The Nato phonetic alphabet which is also known as the spelling alphabet, as you use it to correctly spell out on paper one of a variety of things such as an email address is most effective in use..

    A Alpha
    B Bravo
    C Charlie
    D Delta
    E Echo
