I think you should rephrase the question, what is not a problem or challenge in being an SME

I swear and insult my k@k unforgiving boss every day.
He makes me work 18 hours every day, pays me a pittance, and blames me for everything that goes wrong in the business.
As soon as I am out of bed in the morning, he already is staring at me in the mirror.
There is no holidays,
There no leave pay or bonus, and must always make a plan to ensure that he has enough money for the next order.
