PASTEL V11 - CREDIT NOTES NOT AVAILABLE ON DRILL DOWN

Goodday All
I have a problem in that when I do a Customer Detailed Ledger there is no longer a drill down option on the credit notes. When I first encountered the problem I copied the Accfont file from another machine on which it was working to the machine where it wasnt and this worked for 2 days. Since then I have upgraded to V12 and did a brand new installation and still have the same problem.
Does anyone have any other ideas that I could try to solve this.

Hi Lin,

Open your company and go to File...Printer/Fonts Setup.

Click on the "Other" tab and make sure that the correct printer driver has been selected and that the Main Font and the Title Font are both set to Arial 8.
