    Should Overtime be Calculated on TCOE or Basic Salary

    Hi

    I am a payroll administrator for payroll bearue , and we have had a few clients question the above. Whether Overtime should be calculated on the Total Cost of Employment or on Basic salary.

    Please share your views.

    On remuneration - essentially salary, benefits not included in remuneration.
