I know this is a sticky subject, but what is the law with regards to extending hours of people who smoke, in other words all the smokers who sit outside the office for 15 minutes on the hour every hour, can you extend their hours an additional 2hours, considering that is how much company time they waste, if not more.
between social networks and smoking people should be working a 10 - 12 hour day to make up for lost time.
