Probably this was the introduction of URewards, and terminating their agreement with Avios Miles / British Airways.
I don't trust and avoid going into any bank as much as possible. They don't provide any services beneficial to the clients, except deplete us of our funds. They also employ unethical people who change the figures in order to give you more money. They should all be investigated by the Public Protector.
It was an App they launched for a Tablet to do online banking. Next will be the same App for cellphones. What a waste of time! Could they not rather spend that IT time to sort out their problems with SARS compatibility? I raised it on twitter, but they play dumb and ask for details, as if they do not know!
Got a mail from them in the post. A card that when you open it, it plays a vid of their advert on a mini screen. USB cable included for if you want to watch it on your PC. FFS! Can you blow money like that? Ridiculous.
