    Hi,

Does Not for Profit Companies have to pay SDL on their salaries?

    Thanks!

Did some reading and it seems like an approved Public Benefit Organisation that carries on Public Benefit Activities, does not have to pay SDL on salaries... A Not for Profit Company has to be approved as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) before qualifying for preferencial tax treatment.

Hope this helps someone else :-)
