    Strange but true

I submitted a IT77C for a client a few weeks ago, the client has just forwarded me a letter he received from Sars where they requested the CM1 and CM29 forms.
The Pty was registered in October 2012 - new companies act forms are Cor 14.3 etc..... seriously
A CA in Paarl had exactly the same thing happen to him.... have any of you experienced this as well?

They will accept the new forms. I normally just pull a confirmation / disclosure from CIPCC and submit that with IT77C

We re-submitted yesterday and included a covering letter. Will do this as standard from this point forward.
