PASTEL V12 - POINT OF SALE HELP NEEDED

    Good Morning All
I am busy breaking my head regarding a setup of Pastel Point of sale and have a few simple questions.

    1. I would like all users to be able to adjust selling prices (specifically service line items), currently I am the only one of the users who can do this. I have tried copying all of my settings to the other users, however the selling price column remains greyed out for them!

    2. The selling prices are displayed ex VAT and I would like it to rather show the inclusive amount as it makes it easier for the users to adjust prices.

    Thank you in advance!

    Regards
    Mark

    Hi Mark,

I am not at my computer, so I am commenting from memory.

To enable users to change selling prices in Point of Sale, you need to click on the graphic representing the point of sale invoice and then untick the box in the selling price column. You will probably see that it is already unticked because the graphic is set to your user profile by default. At the top of the graphic you can copy the settings to the other users.

To change the selling price to display in inclusive mode, you need to go to Setup...Customers...Documents in Pastel.
