    E@syfile 6.2.2

When I try to Print letters or Agent Appointments I get "failed to generate the pdf".
Does anyone know what to do to resolve this problem?
    I have tried:
    uninstall easyfile
    reinstall Adobe
    uninstall java
reinstall easyfile with whatever installations it comes up with (like java)

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!

I'm assuming you're on Windows 7 (or 8). Try running E@syfile in administrator mode.

When opening E@syfile, instead of just clicking (the desktop link or start menu item), right click, then select Run as Administrator.

    Hi,
I'm really struggling with Easyfile/SARS. I have 6.3.2 installed. (Windows 7) Since the beginning of the year, I have been unable to view any PDF documents when in Easyfile. ( I have done successful submissions in previous years) I have had the IT guys look at it and I even had a consultant from SARS/Easyfile come to the office and have a look. Everyone is stumped. The SARS consultant told me to go ahead and do the submission for Year End Feb 2013 as the IRP5 certificates were generated in PDF in my C drive. I went ahead and did this and now SARS says that no certificates were received onyl the EMP501.
I have uninstalled Easyfile, Java, ADobe, etc. and re-installed a number of times. I even disabled my Antivirus to see if that helped (no go) Each time I click on an item that should open a PDF document it opens as a blank screen and eventually a window pops up with an "ENU! Adobe PDF document" message.
The frustrating thing is that I have logged into Easyfile on my colleague's laptop and am able to view the PDF documents there.
I'm really clutching at straws now - but there must be some setting that has been changed on my laptop with one of the updates.

    Please help... I'm desperate!!

    Hi,
I was unable to view PDF documents on Easyfile and after speaking to lots of different people and still not being successful, I spent some time with a Easyfile consultant at SARS. Tebogo suggested that I uninstall my Adobe Reader and re-install version 9 and work my way back up to the current version 11.

I've just installed version 9 and it works!!!

Hope this helps others with similar problems
