Angry Workmens Compensation - ROE Registration

    Good Day

Can anyone tell me how to get hold of the Department of Labour regarding the registration of clients for ROE electronic submissions, I have tried to phone them since Monday and nobody answers the phones or they just stay engaged, we have even sent e-mails and they do not respond to that either.
We are an Accounting firm who have to complete these forms on behalf of our clients, the only way I see that we can register is one by one using the clients ID numbers, Is there no other way of registering these clients under one roof like E-filing?
The deadline for these submissions is 30 April 2013

Hi AmyVW you could read through this thread to see all the various hassles people have experienced ... but in terms of a solution, I would think that Johan99 is the best person to contact.

    Amy,

You need to register yourself - or someone at your firm - by using your own ID. Then you will be able to register your client's under this profile. If you wish to give them access to the on-line information, this would be a problem as they would also be able to see the info of your other clients.

Alternatively, they can register themselves and forward you the password for submission. At our offices, we have three persons registered with a few hundred employers under each. There seems to be a cap at 1 000 employers per registration.

    Hope this helps.

    Good morning,
Is there any way that one can change the e-mail address under an ID number already registered electronically on the website?

Yes, you can change the e-mail address once you have logged in. There is a tab to change the company details on the MENU tab. if you need further assistance, please dont hesitate to contact us. Have an awesome day.

How does one change the email address that ROE website uses to send your password reminder to? I had changed it under company details, but when you change password it comes up with the old email address. When you try change it, it bombs out on you.

Ok - got it sorted. Basically you have to "register" again using your new email address.

    Hi,
Could anyone assist with the adding of an organization onto one's on-line profile.
We are attempting to add various entities and then get the message "your request has failed to submitted....Transaction rolled back".
