    Cool Dividends Tax Return

    Hi Guys

I am wanting to declare a dividend for 2 owners (members) of a CC of R65000 each. The old STC return was so simple but the new return baffles me!
I note you have to submit data but that in itself is complex. How do I go about it? We are simply equal shareholders who own the cc 50/50. Which boxes am I supposed to tick? Beneficial owners x 2? Then it asks me about number of shares etc?

Argh! I feel like I get the hang of something and then SARS changes it again.

    Help!

The beneficial owners means the number of members.
The total number of shares should be equal to your members contributions @ R1 each.

There is a new guide out on SARS' website
