Started a New Business and need a lot of HELP...

Hi Family, I just started a new IT business and I have(CK, Bank Account, Tax Clearance, BEE Certificate, Tax Number, e.t.c.), but I thought things will be easier once I have all these things in order, I WAS WRONG, I am very inexperienced in business, but with the right Skills for my business...

So my question is how do you respond to tenders/contracts? what do you need? what other documentation you must submit and how exactly do you go about it...PLEASE ASSIST

    Confused aspiring Business Man

How good are you at costing and pricing what you're tendering on?

First you have to have a pal in the ANC either the Provincial legislature or the National legislature, then you have to butter him/her up with all sorts of gifts, lunches, dinners, weekends away and promises of share of profits. There you are easey peasey.
Especially if you live or trade in the Freestate.

I guess the other question to address is track record/experience. How does your portfolio look on that front?
When it comes to that side of things, quality counts more than quantity, except for the difference between zero and 1.

Next - IT is a big field - what are your strengths?
(Sorry for the questions - but if I know what you've got to work with, I can make more appropriate suggestions).

Good to hear you're not interested in going the gravy train route B.T.W.
