Universities have systems to check if there is plagarising taking place which even highlights common phrases.
For credit cards just watch your credit card statement very carefully at least once a week. If there is funny transaction contact your bank to reverse them and get a new credit card
Only stress when you can change the outcome!

I suggest only use a recognised payment gateway and make sure it's via a secure connection (https: ). If the site you're shopping from is taking your credit card details directly, check them out very carefully first, or simply don't shop there.

Thank you alot for your input. I just need to ask one final question: What is the role of the business owner if he wants to start an online business: what should he know? How should he start? what should he implement?

According to Google one of the most common searches on the internet is a variety of phrases that translate to "how to make money online".

I find the fact that the solution that seems to come up most often is to sell people programs on how to make money online.
