I wonder if perhaps Hir.ch may be sourcing from other than Sam..ng - hence the different part numbers? Direct import?

And the reason for you typing Hir.ch and Sam..ng? Others on the forum have used Company names like Hi-Fi Corp, brand names like Defy, Fridgidaire, Savanna etc. No one to my knowledge has been flogged or sued yet. It's not acrimonious to use brand or product names in the right context.

The fact that 'others' do something, is of little concern to me. With the weird & wonderful goings-on in SA, I'd prefer to err on the side of caution.
