I am pleased to see that dishonesty has a consequence.
Having been on wring side of this type of advertising for a long time, it is great to see that they have to face consequences this time.

Here is a link to Risksa Magazine article. It will be interesting to see how Outsurance handle this.
Only stress when you can change the outcome!
Thanks for this post
I have moved so many clients from Outsurance as I have gotten them a much cheaper premium, as soon as my clients call in to cancel Outsurance puts them through to the retention department and they able to match or better the premium.
I tell all my clients to then ask Outsurance to refund them the difference in premium which they have been paying over the years and obviously that never happens.
Glad they have been caught out on the advert
Business rule # 112 - It never pays to run down the opposition.
Excellence is not a skill; its an attitude...
I have recently taken 3 accounts off Outsurance at premium savings of between 22% and 38%.
With MUCH wider covers, too.
And, as Rafael says, as soon as they get told, they drop premium to below yours - pure marketing tool.
However, clients refused - preferred the wider covers!
