Is there anyway to populate the email message with a signature without having to type it out manually as the emails that get sent straight from pastel look so unprofessional?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Regrettably not possible.
As a matter of interest, because I only use web-based Gmail for my emails, I can't integrate it with Pastel, so I print all my invoices as PDF files and then attach them to an email, which has my signature embedded.
It's a little more work, but I am a die-hard Gmail user, so I am prepared to put up with the slight inconvenience.

Oh wow. No editable email templates in Pastel? There's one for the Pastel suggestion box, surely.
