    E@syfile on Windows 7 64 bit

    Hi All
I am struggling to get E@syfile working on Windows 7 64 bit.
I have installed the software straight from efiling website.
I have contacted SARS and they say it's my server setting on my laptop.
I have ensured that Java and Adobe are all up to date.

When I open the program, there is a small middle screen saying "processing" and it shows a clock face with the minutes
hands going round and round. And that's where it stays.
Yet if I download onto an older pc with XP, the program opens instantly.

I have even had our IT guy have a look.
    Have tried Windows updates.

    Any suggestions how to fix?

That might be the problem. Perhaps you can try this advice.

Shouldn't be the Operating System. Download google chrome and use that instead of IE and see what you get.
