    Declaration of trust assets

I would like to know how the court goes about determining the assets which are held in a trust. Is the declaration of trust assets and liabilities on the trust's tax return, along with the relevant accounting and trust resolutions, satisfactory? Is there anywhere else that a trusts assets need to be declared (e.g. master of high court)?

I think the transaction has to be notarised.

From there, just maintain an asset register.
