    Another dead person

This morning at my local tea room where i buy the bread and milk, my wife and daughter where on their way to school , a man was shot dead in a hijack incident. The scary thing is it happened in amongst a crowd of people. They got into the dead persons car and drove off, nobody could do a damn thing. Good thing the cops didnt arrive and shoot the hijackers, they might have been arrested and charged with excessive force if they had killed the hijackers. It is another sad day in Africa, Somebodys father and grand father will not be home tonight

This is becoming a weeekly event, the other day it was the school, then a house up the road and now today at the local tea room. The tea room has cameras, what is that going to help the dead father/grandfather?

We as South african (black, white, cloured, indian) need to unite and say enough is enough, are we going to wait until it happens to our father before we do something about it?

It is sickening and scary… I don’t mind if I end up being the victim but the thought of losing more people to violence just makes me depressed and sad. It is as if everything good is dead in this world. Makes you wish they would legalize suicide then you can at least die on your own terms.

Our government needs to recognise that their taxpayers will go the way of the dodo if they don’t start to be very aggressive towards crime. To have safety and security is part of the reason we pay tax.

My wife was cut off by the hijackers this morning while getting away, it is what you call just tooo close to home. I normally stop at this tea room in the morning on my way to site and get a cooldrink and stuff for the staff.

Well if I could afford it I would move to another country… I know a lot people don’t agree with this but why live in country where money walks and crime stalks every person for weakness and opportunity?

There is no point in living in South Africa anymore.

The first thing you can do is join your local CPF, be proactive not reactive.

Enquire at your local police station

??? Why would the Spar be any safer than any other place in the same area?

Both our Malls here in Lenasia endured several violent armed robberies. Just today, on hydrangea street, a shop keeper was shot several times. I love my country and I love all South Africans. I will never leave this Country. I want to be here!

Because there are security guards, more people and it is more dificult to get in and out of the parking area, only one way in and out, but apparently this doesnt both the hijackers.

    2 down 1 to go.

There was another mass shooting in New York today. 77 people killed in Norway, not to mention Syria, Pakistan, Iraq...
