How do I disable the Outlook warning message when emailing out of Pastel?

Every time I try to email an invoice or statement out of Pastel (Partner 7 Version 11), my Outlook 2010 (operating system Windows 7, 64 bit) won't send the message automatically but comes up with a warning message "a program is trying to access email address information stored in Outlook. If this is unexpected, click Deny and verify your anti-virus software id up-to-date ...." ; after clicking "allow" twice the email is finally sent. 400 invoices later, my fingers and patience are both stretched to the limit!

    Please someone help!!

Download ClickYes from here - it will run in the background and auto-run the "click yes" routine in a blink!

Once you have installed ClickYes, you will see it in your system tray. Right-click on the icon and make sure that only the "Start on Logon" option is ticked.

This is brilliant - thank you Neville, also been struggling with this for ages. It is strange that Pastel would not have a work around for this issue.

Actually, it is not a Pastel issue, but rather an Outlook security issue. Outlook is simply asking you to confirm that it is allowed to send an email that has been generated from an outside application, i.e. Pastel.

Does anyone know of a similar program that would work with other email packages?

But Pastel is not yet a "Trusted Partner" of Microsoft so the problem is unable to be solved. If they did have this then it's simply a matter of ticking a box to allow the program access??

The free version only works with Outlook versions 2000, 2002 and 2003 according to their website:

Won't be much help with Pastel as Pastel only works with Outlook. Why does Pastel not write its own Email routine that does not require Outlook. It should be able to send straight to an SMTP relay server without need Outlook.
