I've created a layout to use in pastel forms designer for invoices etc, specifically emailed invoices. I've got the document named correctly, it emailed 100% at first, but now pastel stopped using that form and it's back to the original. Please help

What name did you give to the form file?
Assuming you are using single, plain paper, the file name should be csdocsp.enz for the printed version, and csdocpdfsp.enz for the emailed (PDF) version.
In addition, both form files should be located in your company folder, and you need to ensure that, under File...Printer/Fonts Setup, that the paper style for Tax Invoices is set to Single, Plain paper.

It is located in my company folder - csdocsp.enz and csdocpdfsp.enz AND I FOUND THE FAULT! Thanks Neville, for one or other reason it was set to pre-printed and not plain paper, fixed it and it's working again
