    Vendors overchanging for electricity

Hi Guys! Can any one advised what steps one can take is they are being over billed. I noticed last week that I was being charged R2.16 +-. The worst this is, there was no notice and I feel I'm being ripped off.

Hi Onetwo, thanks for the advice i will try that although i don’t think it will help because these guys installed the electricity meter at this place and they are called MSi (metering severvices interenational) and they are the one's overcharging. After speaking to them yesterday they said that their +-60% increase was because of the municipality price increase, which i don’t believe. Other residences in the same area are paying less, if i wanted to move to a new vendor such a Eskom do you perhaps know the process.
