    Rather have a longer supply cable to the energiser, and keep the solar panels at the guard house. The wiring would be cheaper, because the system voltage is much lower than with the HT side. Depending on the current, there will be a voltage drop, but if you split and keep some lower capacity the batteries inside the energiser charged from the panels and the batteries in the guard house, then the wire size may be less of an issue.

    With out further in depth information on the system, it is extremely difficult to provide any type of solution.

    Then u need to send battery power to the energizers 500m away instead of HT power - voltage drop would be too great!

    If that is a concern, then use an invertor to bring it to 220V AC, and it does not even have to be a sine wane, and on the other side you have a transformer bringing it down to DC. Far simpler solution. This solution has been around for years. Its the same solution in driving heavy loads on farms. In that case they increase the voltage to 11KV, and on the other side they drop it to 400V and drive up to 100Kwatt pumps. of course the transformers are suitably rated for that.

    Or use 24V at the input and use a DC to DC convertor at the receiving end to give you 12V.

    Have a look at a number of invertors here

    What is the power we are talking about here? 300W, 600W, 1Kwatt?

    I hear you but then u might as well just do away with the solar panels and just draw power from a 220v output without any converting and send that 500 m to the energizers.

    I am not sure what the required input current is for these specific energizers is but I would think that 300 w @ 230 ac would be sufficient.
