Maybe it could be, "I've spent so much time here that I've started to mime smilies in my normal conversations"......or maybe that could come after old hand

Can't we rather be like platinum, just like the color they use for my highlights? Just because I am a prolific writer, always have been, I dowannabe enthusiast. And I can't be senior anything, I still have a stiff neck from head banging or what about diamond?

But since I am not the caretaker, such a lovely job once one is on pension, I only get to complain.....and I'd still rather be senior than the e-word

Amazing how the two people who have raised this as serious are both the female gender of the species

Ok. More seriously. The theory is we have a progression of member titles that reflect their status/participation level here. I am far from married to the current sequence. The ideal would be to have a themed sequence.

The original thought behind the name was along the lines of a debating society, the forum of Roman Empire times. This meant we could have a progression from serf to senator.

But being strongly business oriented (another theory - in the end the general flow of members might drift off onto a wider range), maybe we need something more "capitalist." Silver, gold, platinum, diamond is great, but a little more range would be fun. Maybe if we stuck to gems?

So, ideas please. It would be great to get this dusted.

A sexist capitalist long whistle, someone is dancing on SAFFAS (Funeral parlour) porch, some men sure have courage. My son calls it the hive brain when it comes to women, or the femme-nazis! Oh, well, it is always advisable to keep the women happy, so you are also a clever man I like the idea of the gems, but i am just a woman, so it stands to reason that I would, but some people ( please read men) might have difficulty in id.ing
    the rank of precious stones?

How many levels are we looking at, that might be indicative of the theme we can go for?
But that is just the female perspective, we don't actually count or do anything like that

We've got 8 levels at the moment.

Actually, when it comes to subtleties, I freely acknowledge that women are generally better at this sort of thing than men. But let's lean into each other's strengths rather than pick over exactly who is stronger where

8 levels consisting of what current names? I haven't seen 8 up to date, leaning on your strength but seriously thank you for your effort, as I am the one with a pebble in my shoe, and the rest of the forum seem quite happy with said scenario, so I am always open to falling in with the majority, sadly, but I will!
