    If you have a traffic violation you have to redo your license. And they want to make it retrospective to January! Mary Jane reigns once more!!!

    Ah, but you see, if you drive a Taxi and don't have a license then you are exempt from this ruling.

    If you don't have a licence, you can not be re-tested.
