    Registering with Department of Labour - compulsory or voluntary

    Can some-one please advise. In terms of Registering as an "Employer" with the department of Labour. Is this Compulsory or a voluntary choice.

    It is compulsory to register as an employee for UIF and Workmans Compensation once you have an employee.
