    Hi Neville,

What a great idea. Have you had the session?

Getting Pastel to use customised statement

    Hi,
I have created a customised statement for a particular customer on Pastel 12 and would like to use it when saving to PDF. However, Pastel keeps using the default form. How do I make sure that the customised form is the one used for this customer?
    Original template used: csmth.eng
    Saved in customer file: csmth.enz
    Please help!

    Hi Suzanne,

The file must be named as csmthpdfsp.enz and it must be saved in your company folder.

    Hi again,

Thank you for responding so quickly.
I have renamed and saved in the company folder and still no luck. Is it just in the company folder or in one of the subfolders?

It must be in the company folder itself, not in any of the sub-folders.

Another thing to check is under File...Printer/Fonts Setup. Make sure that the Paper Style is set to Plain...Single Sheet for all tabs.

It seems the paper style was also an issue - it was on pre-printed!
    Thank you for your help
