1. I am brand loyal to Boss Dog Food( or should I say my dogs are brand loyal), I buy 7 cans per week,
2. About 2 weeks ago my dogs experienced diarrhea, it’s difficult to attribute this to any specific thing, as dogs are dogs, sometimes they kill birds and lizards which may cause them to have this condition;
3. I nonetheless brought this to the attention of Promeal: There were extremely courteous and professional. They respected me as a customer and underwent to conduct lab tests on that batch of dog food and provide me with the same;
4. Without my asking they sent one of their representatives to come and see me at my home and without me asking they gave me a few replacements;
5. They clearly have a profound understanding of customer service!
