    serious crimminal offence

4 police officers and one youngster.

wow...a youngster pulls in a garage to get something at the shop...it took 4 police officers from the brighton beach police station to arrest the youngster around 21...hand cuff him throw him in the back of the vehicle...them one of them took his vehicle and drove it back to the police station...to find there was absolutlely nothing the the youngster had done wrong...then after 4 hours of messing him around apparently released him.

what i cant understand is we are having breakins...hijacking...vehicle theft literally ever night...are the police in cahoots with the crimminals and rather wasting time driving around looking for women on thier own at night...or youngster they can bully?

what i would like to know is what are the SAPS are doing arresting youngsters for vehicle issues...we have metro police and traffic police to handle those kind of affairs.

what happens if the police officer who was apparently racing the police vehicle back to the brighten beach police station had an accident with the youngsters vehicle...would the insurance pay out if the vehicle was smashed...who would have to pay the excess?

what i am still trying to understand is why they arrested him to begin with...there was nothing wrong with the vehicle...it has just recently past
COR...the vehicle has a valid log book which was producted...he producted a valid drivers license...apparently they arrested him on suspicion that the vehicle was stolen

and as for the pinteown metro police officer who apparently also arrested a younster for suspected drunken driving...then drove him around for 6 hours then only took him for a blood test which apparently was thrown out of court after the parents wasted R20 000 in legal costs.

mmm and you wonderwhy you need private security to secure your family at home...it seems you also need private security to protect your sons and and daughters from the police...who have nothing better to do all night...but bully kids out enjoying thier evening.

and hers something to think about if you have kids out having fun in his yard...the police told the youngster to step onto the pavement...as he was in his yard...which he did they then arrested him for disturbing the peace...he was taken back to the police station and raped something like 40 times...the public disturbance charge was dropped and he was released.

THE BIG QUESTION IS HOW SAFE ARE YOUR CHILDREN...WIVES AND GIRFRIENDS IN POLICE CUSTODY?

what i am still trying to figue out is why they arrest a person for suspected stolen vehicle and take the person back to the police station and lock them in a holding cell if it is as simple as a call on the radio to verify the vehicle is registered to the person who is driving the vehicle...by looking at the the persons drivers license then checking the registered owner...by a simple radio call to the station...

now if the person who was driving the vehicle did not own the vehicle and the drivers license did not match the registered owner of the vehicle then there would be reason for steps to be taken to investigate why the driver was driving the vehicle.
