I'd like to add that to sustain the business you have to put so much more effort into customer service.

After all, the purpose of a business is to create a customer. Why? Because the customer is your source of income!
If you do not have a customer to buy your product or service, you don't have a business.

I believe that the marketing guru, Peter Drucker, hit the nail on the head when he said that,
"Because the purpose of a business is to create a customer, the business enterprise has two - and only two basic functions;
Marketing and Innovation."

Marketing gets your message across and attracts customers, while innovation is adapting to customers needs and expectations.
Marketing and innovation produce results; all the rest are costs.

Do your homework when it comes to any business planning just do your homework when you think you did enough check it all out if you see any question you redo it until you see that you are happy that is good. But remember it is 100% risk 100% hard work.
