Great service - beyond what i would expect

In June, the Salt Chlorinator in my pool packed up.

Clint's Pools replaced the Aussie version with a local version which they supply.

Was taken out by lightning last week (sigh) - 3rd time in 3 years.

They took it away to repair/replace, and returned today with working version, so pool now automatic again.

    No charge.

    WHAT?

No charge - this unit has UNCONDITIONAL guarantee - covers ANYTHING that could happen.

Now - THAT is what I call service!

  2. Thanks given for this post:

I wish we had service like that in Durban. We have now fired our 3rd pool service contractor.

The first guy serviced our pool for years. Excellent service. Cleaned or repaired and did whatever was necessary to keep a sparkling pool. Unfortunately his business grew and the people he sent to do the work either did not pitch or did a crappy job. The constant green pool and complaints resulted in a parting of ways.

The 2nd company just never lived up to their promises. The owner agreed that we have had poor service. We gave them the opportunity to rectify matters, but they just were not interested.

Company no 3 came and took a water sample and just never came back. On follow up he returned with some lame excuse. They quoted R750 to shock treat the pool and kill the algae. Eventually I bought chemicals for R69 and 3 weeks later our pool is still sparkling! I have now decided that it is not worth paying someone R480 per month plus the added cost of chemicals just to rake the leaves.

Best thing I ever did was to buy both a ph Perfect, which keeps the ph balance spot on, even after rain, and salt chlorination.

Pool always spot on, even when we go on holiday.
