    Glow Worm!

Tonight, as I got out of my car and looked up the driveway, I noticed this bright light against the wall.

At first I thought it was the reflection from a cat's eye, but closer inspection revealed a glow worm - the first that I have ever seen!

I couldn't resist getting out my camera and took this shot. It was very difficult to get the focus right in the dark, so this was the best I could do.

Now there's a thought - I hardly see them nowadays too.
Got me wondering - are there fewer around or is it that I don't put myself where they're at as much nowadays?

Beautiful pic. And they are out there but we are all so busy on our phones and in thought about other things that we don't take the time to just...stop....breathe..and look...there are still amazing things out there. Plenty.
