Exclamation Litigation Help against a client

    Help please

I can't seem to find the post that someone put up about issuing summons against a client and/or getting judgement against them.

A client has reneged on payment of R70000+ and I would like to know if anyone knows the quickest/cheapest/best route to proceeding with claim against them.

    Advice would be appreciated.

For that kind of cash, I would already have an appointment with a damn good lawyer. Hope your contract is in order.

I'm pretty sure it was Anthony. Drop him a PM, although I see a possible location problem.

Do not go to a divorce lawyer or conveyancer for this one. Find out who specialises in legal collections and act fast. The longer you leave an overdue account, the harder it is to collect, as money/assets could disappear very quickly.
