Question Pastel - Quote form designer

    Hello All

I am very new to Pastel and would like to know how I can change the quoting layout.
I went into Form designer - but I was not able to find the file name for quotes.

I need to just add a logo and quite a few terms and conditions at the end of the document.

    Can anyone help me?

    Tks
    Elaine

    Hi Elaine,

In your company folder, open csdocsp.eng and do the changes that you need. Then save the file as: cquotsp.enz in the COMPANY folder.
Remember this file only affects the printed form and not the screen that you see when doing a quote.
    Good luck.

    Hello Martinco

Okay - then Pastel will know to use this format for the quote automatically and not change anything on the invoice?
Do I still need to save as a pdf in order to email it?
    Thanks

Yes your invoices etc. will remain as per the csdocsp.eng or if you have modified it then csdocsp.enz. Also yes, if you want to email then cquotsp.pdf

    Hope this helps.

Just a correction, if you don't mind Martin!

The file name for email purposes needs to be cquotpdfsp.enz - simply make a copy of cquotsp.enz and rename it. Pastel will then use the correct file, depending on whether you are printing or emailing the quote.
