We need a consultant who has experience in sales/recruitment, and is driven, self disciplined and entrepreneurial in her thinking. She must have her own vehicle, drivers licence and a hunger to earn loads of commission !

Probably just as well. Typically self discipline and a hunger to earn lots of commission are mutually exclusive.
