Hi guy, I am new to the forum and I would really appreciate some advise.
If a vehicle is repossessed by the sheriff, as instructed by the courts:
1. can it be recovered by paying of the debt, without it being auctioned off
2. How long,according to law, does he have to recover his vehicle by paying the outstanding debt
3. What would be an estimate cost of the repossession agent, R45k remaining from original debt of about R205k for vehicle
