1000 years of war in 5min

If you love history, especially the study of human conflict you should watch this. It’s an animated world map of conflict over the last 1000years in 5min, with a great score playing. It provides some spectacular insight into the reality of war as a constant. It is by no means a complete or totally accurate depiction of war over the last millennium, however it still provides a good indication of the locality of the war, intensity and duration. One of my favourite periods is during the Napoleonic Wars (The Seven Coalitions 1792- 1815).
