Sole access mode not available
Morning Everyone, I hope somebody can help me.
I am using Pastel Payroll 2021 and are currently on Update 2. I can go into my payroll, but are not able to do the csv file. I am getting a message "Sole access mode not available". Any advice would be appreciated on how to fix this.
