[Question] Tax on commission

If I receive a commission on a once off sale of R 1 700 000.00 after the VAT of R 300 000.00 is deducted, what is the impact on tax payable to SARS.

Please advise on the following:

1. What is the tax rate after I declare this

2. Can I open a shelf company and pay tax per the company's act and what is the rate

3. Can I ask the attorneys to put the money in a trust account FOR MY KIDS
