SATAWU is already trying to bring political pressure to bear, I believe.
Their argument is that the organisation can't be held responsible for the actions of a few errant individuals. Of course when an employee messes up, I'm sure they'll still argue it's the company's responsibility and the company must foot the bill, not the employee
