Unions beware - liable for damages from strike

The Concourt has ruled against SATAWU.
Liability for damages stemming from strike action is NOT unconstitutional.

SATAWU is already trying to bring political pressure to bear, I believe.

Their argument is that the organisation can't be held responsible for the actions of a few errant individuals. Of course when an employee messes up, I'm sure they'll still argue it's the company's responsibility and the company must foot the bill, not the employee
      Participation is voluntary.
